Watch a broadcast
Open your channel’s viewer page. Select Play if playback does not begin, and check your volume. Use the player controls for full-screen viewing.
Join the conversation
Use the chat and sign-in options available on your channel. Follow the channel’s rules and respect other viewers.
Prepare a broadcast
Use the stream destination and stream key supplied by your channel administrator. Keep your key private. Check your camera, microphone, and connection before going live, then confirm picture and sound on the viewer page.
Restream and OBS
Follow your channel’s configured broadcasting workflow. Keep your backup encoder ready. Stop the current encoder before switching to the backup.
Get help
Contact your channel host or BNStudio administrator. Include the channel address, approximate time, device, browser, and a description of the problem. Never include passwords or stream keys.
